C. Desire to be Seen as Powerful (Likely to Raise
Money)
Much of Didulo’s narrative can be characterized as an
intense desire to be seen as powerful. She commonly
repeats fictionalized stories that prove that she is in
charge. For instance, Didulo has claimed that an eight-
second audio recording exists of the White House press
correspondents speaking her name. She has repeated
this claim many times in her speeches, and interprets
this purported recording to mean that Didulo has been
formally recognized as the official leader of Canada by
the President of the United States. That event also meant
that White House officials were preparing the people of
the United States for her arrival. By all accounts, no
evidence supports that any element of that story is true.
Didulo claims that both Fox News and the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have been in contact
with her, but offers no supporting evidence. In fact,
contrary evidence exists. A February 2022 video of
Didulo at the Freedom Convoy protests in Ottawa
shows her approaching a Fox News producer,
introducing herself, and asking if they would like to be
the first news organization to interview the “Queen.”
They said no. During her attendance at the Freedom
Convoy events, Didulo and her team also booked hotel
rooms for both President Vladimir Putin and Fox News
media personality Tucker Carlson. Didulo’s group did
this either because they believed those persons would
be arriving to meet with Didulo, or, more plausibly, to
project the appearance of importance.
Didulo is particularly fond of President Vladimir
Putin. She posted a video of herself with a man named
“Marcus” who brought to Didulo a Rolex watch,
purportedly sent to her from Putin (see Figure 8). The
watch was supposedly signed by Putin. Didulo and her
“press secretary,” who frequently speaks on Didulo’s
behalf, commonly reference this watch to prove
Didulo’s importance to the Russian president.
Didulo claims to have been “appointed,” presumably
by Putin, to be the mediator between the United States
and Russia, and to find a solution to the Ukrainian
/Russian war. Didulo also announced that she and
her team were planning a trip to Russia to meet with
Putin. For the trip, she and her team were to fly aboard
Air Force One (the plane used by the President of
the United States), which Didulo said she would be
renaming “QR1.” Months prior, Didulo stated that
she had asked for and received Air Force One. Didulo
would soon be traveling on “QR1,” but not before the
aircraft was repainted with her insignia.

Salman (MBS), the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, is a

large sums of money.
