Bonnie Straight: “You are a for-profit corporation.
Why don’t you look up a US Supreme Court
decision called Clearfield Trust Vs United States?
Governments have chosen to incorporation [sic].
They have to follow all the rules of cooperations.
That is a US Supreme Court Article III decision.”
CPS Worker: “Go ahead and send your statement
of truth it will certainly be considered.”
Bonnie Straight: “Here’s what we’re going to do.
Here’s what we’re going to do. I need your name
and your BAR card number.”
CPS Worker: “I will give you nothing.”
[By this point, Bonnie Straight is very emotional,
and seems to be crying as she speaks.]

a real BAR cardholder with a BAR card license,
which is a foreign agency, foreign to Texas, you

I understand the fraud of what you are doing.
You’re not going to get away with it. Not with

The video ends with a note that says “this case was shut
down with one document [sic] challenging standing
and jurisdiction. CPS folded and requested the case
to be dismissed.” The video claims the court granted
dismissal “in the best interest of children” (Straight.

articulate beliefs common among sovereign citizen and
pseudolegal adherents. The assertions of fact, made by
the creators of the video, have not been substantiated.
The video’s creators do not provide any verifiable proof
for their statements.
1. Second Supposed CPS Victory
Subsequently, another video was posted, featuring
Bonnie Straight’s claim of a second victory over CPS. In
this instance, Bonnie Straight says that a woman who
had her children “seized” by CPS saw Bonnie Straight’s
aforementioned video and contacted her for help.
Bonnie Straight says she assisted the mother in crafting
legal paperwork to file in court, which essentially said
that, without a contract with the parent, “CPS [or the
court] cannot act.” Bonnie Straight reports that in court
the woman “stood on her rights, stood on her liberty
and they kept trying to coerce her to take a contract
with a BAR card holder.” Bonnie Straight claims these
tactics led to the mother “winning” her case. Again, no
evidence or proof is offered to substantiate these claims
(Forwarded from Bonnie, 2022).
2. Attempts to Intervene in Amber Alerts
In a July 14, 2022 Telegram post, Bonnie Straight,
by her own admission, attempted to intervene in an
active Amber alert. A Coffee City, Texas CPS agency
was temporarily awarded custody of a newborn whose
non-custodial parents absconded with the child after
the child tested positive for narcotics (Frazier, 2022).
The parents eventually contacted authorities to turn
the baby over to CPS. In the meantime, Bonnie Straight
posted multiple videos of herself asking followers to
help her get in touch with the parents who were being
“hunted by CPS,” so she could personally assist them.
She spoke about the dangers of CPS, namely that CPS
is only in business to “traffick children.” Bonnie Straight
also invited the parents to reach out to the “Republic
of Texas” and “we will help you fight the fraud and
child trafficking in the courts. Talk to us we are the real
government. ...The only real ...government de jure the
