schools, but...now he’s working at a public school.” P6

There’s this victim-blaming and like,...‘snap out
of it’ sort of thing...I’m in quicksand, and you’re
telling me to snap out of it. I cannot. I literally
cannot...If someone is not being affected by
it [coercive control] or is even profiting from
it, then yeah, [they] don’t have any interest in
seeing the other way ‘round.
Quantitative Analysis of Video Evaluations

the 59 participants who completed the study, and the
