Adrian J. Reimers, Ph.D., is a Catholic philosopher. He received his Ph.D. in philosophy
from the Internationale Akademie für Philosophie in 1989 in Liechtenstein. For almost 14
years Reimers and his wife, Marie, belonged to the People of Praise, a covenant community
that arose out of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal movement. Both were dismissed from
the community in 1985 for declining to submit to the leaders‟ guidance. In 1990, along with
another couple, the Reimers formed Free Again in Christ to help others to leave the People
of Praise.
