Out of her suffering
emerges a strong tree, with
branches reaching outward,
stretching their arms to the
moon, wherein peacefulness
feels familiar, as home.

rebirth. The white unicorn
represents innocence that
was lost at the hands of her
ritual abusers. She reenters
and rebirths through
strength and the washing
off of their deeds, letting the
ocean sweep away the pain.
