life. Non-party former cult members are a litigation resource not to be underestimated.
Randy Francis Kandel earned her Ph. D. in anthropology from the City University of New York in
1975 and a J. D., cum laude, from the New York University School of Law in 1982. The litigation
partner in the firm of Mayerson Zorn Perez &Kandel, she has significant experience in
matrimonial litigation, and has written numerous scholarly articles.
